You can register for all events through the Upcoming Events & Registration page on the Oncology Today Web site. Soon after registration, you will receive confirmation information via email, as well as additional instructions to access the webcast and/or complete all conference preparation. If you have not received confirmation in a timely manner, please contact us at 866.924.5290 or via email Administrator@OncologyToday.com.

After you register for the webcast, you will receive detailed information for accessing these activities. Enduring materials of all webcasts, as well as conferences, are available through our Web site, www.oncologytoday.com. You can also access enduring materials through the web site of our accredited provider, the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (UTMB), at www.UTcme.net.

No. All courses are free. Conference travel and accommodations are at the participant’s expense.

Yes, we are able to accept on-site registrations contingent upon availability of space. However, we strongly recommend contacting our main office at 866.924.5290 to confirm course registration availability.

Credit from Oncology Today CME/CE programs is granted on a per-program basis. In order to earn credits, you must register and complete a selected live event, webcast or enduring material. To receive CE credit (nurses), you must complete and submit the program post test. Instructions are also included at the conclusion of each program.

To receive continuing education credit, participants should attend/access the live event/webcast or view the webcast replay, complete the course evaluation and post test and then fax forms to the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (UTMB) Office of Continuing Education at 713.500.0606. Upon completion and submission of the evaluation and post test, participants will receive a certificate of credit via mail.

Some drugs/devices identified during an educational activity may have United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clearance for specific purposes only or for use in restricted research settings. The FDA has stated that it is the responsibility of the individual physician to determine the FDA status of each drug or device that he/she wishes to use in clinical practice and to use the products in compliance with applicable law.
