CME - This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the essential areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (UTMB) and Oncology TodayTM. The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston designates this education activity for a maximum of 3 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Pharmacists documenting completion of the program “Healthcare Provider Conference 2008: Collaboration for Advancing the Quality of Community Cancer Care (# 066-99-09-003-H01-P) by signing in, completing evaluations and a post-test survey will receive 3 contact hour (0.3 CEU) pharmacy continuing education credit, and will receive a statement of credit by mail within 3 weeks of UHCOP being notified of the completion date.
